FINANCE LEAD

2. YOUR MISSION
As Finance Lead, you will ensure the financial health and strategic alignment of Beta-i Portugal. You’ll own the financial planning cycle, drive budgeting and control across projects and business units, support decision making on group investment flows, and collaborate closely with FCamara’s shared services. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our growth—at home and abroad.
Budgeting & Financial Control: lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all business units. Oversee cash flow management, accruals, and cost center allocation. Implement and track financial controls and cost efficiency metrics.
Financial Reporting & Strategic Analysis: deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and insights to management. Monitor key financial KPIs and advise on budget deviations, risks, and corrective actions. Coordinate audit and compliance processes with external auditors and legal partners.
Project & Investment Oversight: support project leads with budgeting and financial monitoring of client and funded projects. Oversee investment allocation across Beta-i geographies and new ventures. Analyze transfer pricing and costs across entities (Portugal, Brazil, and soon the US).
FCamara & Shared Services Liaison: act as main point of contact for all financial matters with FCamara Shared Services (treasury, accounting, procurement, legal). Align reporting practices with FCamara’s IFRS standards and internal controls. Ensure clarity and consistency in financial reporting across regions.
